Marnie’s original planned storyline for this season was radically different at one point, she was supposed to become a SoulCycle instructor and that subplot was fully rehearsed and trained for by actress Allison Williams before it was cut late in writing. This surprise change happened after Williams had actually prepared for the role physically and mentally, leaving her “devastated” when the storyline was dropped.
