Where To Watch Just Go with It

Just Go with It follows Danny Maccabee (Adam Sandler), a successful plastic surgeon who uses a fake wedding ring and a made-up story about an unhappy marriage to avoid serious relationships. Everything changes when he meets Palmer (Brooklyn Decker), a woman he genuinely likes. After his original lie is exposed, Danny convinces his loyal assistant, Katherine Murphy (Jennifer Aniston), to pretend to be his soon-to-be-ex-wife. Their plan becomes increasingly complicated when Katherine's children, Maggie (Bailee Madison) and Michael (Griffin Gluck), become part of the act. A trip to Hawaii brings more lies, unexpected jealousy and hilarious misunderstandings. Meanwhile, Danny begins to realize that the woman who understands him best may be closer than he ever imagined. The film blends romantic confusion, family bonding and comedy into a story about honesty, love and discovering what truly matters.

Did You Know

Its story traces back through the 1969 film Cactus Flower to the French play Fleur de cactus by Pierre Barillet and Jean-Pierre Grédy. The central idea of a man maintaining a romantic lie by involving another woman was therefore entertaining audiences long before the 2011 remake.
