Where To Watch The Gilded Age Season 1

Set in 1882 New York City, The Gilded Age Season 1 follows Marian Brook, a young woman who moves to Manhattan after her father's death to live with her wealthy, old-money aunts Agnes van Rhijn and Ada Brook. As Marian adjusts to high society, she befriends Peggy Scott, an ambitious writer determined to build her own future despite racial barriers. Across the street lives the powerful Russell family—railroad magnate George Russell and his determined wife Bertha Russell—whose immense fortune cannot easily buy acceptance into New York's elite social circles. While Bertha wages a relentless campaign to gain social status, Marian finds herself torn between tradition and progress, romance and independence. Lavish balls, political influence, family rivalries, romance, and social ambition combine to paint a fascinating portrait of America's most extravagant era.
