Super Cube is a Chinese animated action-fantasy series centered on Wang Xiaoxiu, an ordinary teenager whose life changes dramatically after he encounters the mysterious Hera Cube, a powerful space system originating from a high-dimensional cosmic civilization. Xiaoxiu has quietly liked his childhood friend Shen Yao for a long time, and everything seems to change when she finally confesses her feelings to him. However, their happiness is short-lived. Sun Jun, a delinquent who is also interested in Shen Yao, becomes hostile toward Xiaoxiu. After a violent confrontation leaves Xiaoxiu in danger, he encounters the extraordinary cube and gains supernatural abilities. What initially seems like an incredible opportunity soon pulls him into conflicts involving increasingly powerful opponents and mysterious forces.

The story combines a familiar school-life setup with an unusual science-fiction idea: Xiaoxiu’s powers come from a mysterious system connected to a high-dimensional cosmic civilization rather than from conventional magic alone. The first season contains 12 episodes and moves from a relatively grounded school conflict into increasingly strange supernatural and cosmic adventures.
