Where To Watch High Potential — Season 2

High Potential Season 2 takes Morgan Gillory's unconventional crime-solving skills to a much more personal level. Played by Kaitlin Olson, Morgan continues working as an LAPD consultant alongside the disciplined Detective Adam Karadec, played by Daniel Sunjata. While the duo continues tackling unusual murders and complicated cases, Morgan's own life becomes increasingly connected to the investigations. A major storyline running through the season revolves around the mysterious Game Maker, who turns Morgan's exceptional ability to recognize patterns into a dangerous personal game. What begins as another puzzle for Morgan gradually becomes a threat to her family and forces the LAPD team to reconsider how much they can trust Morgan's instincts. Season 2 also expands the supporting characters. Daphne Forrester and Oz Osman become more involved in the search for answers surrounding Morgan's missing first husband, Roman. Meanwhile, Morgan's children Ava and Elliot face their own emotional and family challenges.

More details about High Potential — Season 2 and where you can watch

Season 2 is considerably larger than Season 1. Season 1 had 13 episodes, while Season 2 expanded to 18 episodes, giving the writers more room to develop the supporting characters and the ongoing Game Maker mystery.

One of the season’s biggest changes is the introduction of Captain Nick Wagner, played by Steve Howey, as a new series regular. The season also adds more recurring characters and expands the personal stories surrounding the LAPD team.

The season’s overarching mystery is the Game Maker, whose crimes are deliberately structured like puzzles. This gives Morgan an antagonist who operates using the same pattern-recognition skills that make her such an effective consultant.
