Where To Watch Gotham Season 4

Season 4, subtitled "A Dark Knight," marks Bruce Wayne's biggest step toward becoming Batman. After the fall of the Court of Owls, Gotham enters a new era where crime is controlled by Oswald Cobblepot (The Penguin) through a bizarre licensing system that regulates criminal activity. Meanwhile, James Gordon struggles to maintain order as dangerous villains emerge across the city. As Bruce begins operating as a masked vigilante, he encounters the immortal Ra's al Ghul, whose mysterious plans are tied to Gotham's future. The season also introduces Professor Pyg, expands the rivalry between Penguin and Riddler, and features the transformation of Jerome and Jeremiah Valeska, characters heavily inspired by the Joker mythos. By the finale, Gotham is pushed to the brink of collapse, setting up the legendary "No Man's Land" storyline and bringing Bruce closer than ever to becoming the Dark Knight. The season draws inspiration from famous Batman comics including Batman: Year One, The Long Halloween, and No Man's Land.

Did You Know

A little-known fact is that Season 4 adapts elements from several famous Batman comics simultaneously. The writers blended ideas from Year One, The Long Halloween, and No Man’s Land, creating a unique storyline that doesn’t directly copy any single comic.
