More details about Chained Soldier (Season 1) and where you can watch

One of the most interesting facts about Chained Soldier is that its story takes place in Mato, a mysterious dimension filled with dangerous monsters called Shuuki. Unlike many fantasy anime, women gain supernatural powers from special Peaches found in this world, making them the primary defenders of humanity. The protagonist, Yuuki Wakura, has a unique ability called Slave that allows him to transform into a powerful fighter under Kyouka Uzen’s command. Interestingly, his strength is connected to a reward system, adding an unusual mix of action, comedy, and fan service to the story. The anime is adapted from the manga written by Takahiro and illustrated by Yohei Takemura, which began publication on Shueisha’s Shonen Jump+ platform in 2019. Season 1 premiered in January 2024 and features 12 episodes animated by Seven Arcs. Beyond its supernatural battles, the series explores teamwork, hidden identities, rivalries, and the mysteries surrounding Mato and its powerful enemies.
