Season 1 takes place on the bizarre Seiran Island, where a government-created "Pervert Law" has transformed sexual activity into something that is officially encouraged, while refusing to participate can lead to punishment. When Junnosuke Tachibana returns to the island with his younger sister Asane Tachibana, he discovers that his hometown has become almost unrecognizable. Instead of accepting the island's rules, Junnosuke decides to fight back. He creates NLNS (No Love No Sex), an underground resistance organization dedicated to destroying the Pervert Law. Alongside Nanase Katagiri, Hinami Watarai, Misaki Hotori and other unlikely allies, Junnosuke becomes caught between the resistance and the mysterious organization enforcing the island's bizarre social order. The situation becomes even stranger when the group receives a mission from a mysterious benefactor to protect a particular girl who may be crucial to their entire rebellion.
